Current available position: System Operational Support and Client Training

The successful applicant must have:-

  • A strong background in the travel industry - preferably with tour operators and travel agents.
  • An understanding of tour or flight reservation systems is essential.
  • Have excellent communication skills including presentation and training skills.
  • Strong customer service.
  • A clean full driving licence as some driving to visit customers for implementation of systems and training will be required.
  • Good rapport and telephone skills.
  • Enjoy working within a small team.

Some formal training will be conducted on our products and services which we provide.

Salary is negotiable and experience related.
